This Is A Great Dvd But If U R The Type Who Learn By Listening Then This Is Not For U The Instructer Is Awesome Butt He Just Does The Moves He Doesn'T Explain Them There Are Multiple Camera Angles And Some Tricks Are Slow Mo Over All Its Grand (Posted on 12/29/06)
