The Effect:
While looking around for a small prop (rope, coin, silk, "invisible deck," etc.) the performer opens a black drawstring bag and plunges his hand all the way through the open bottom, proving it empty. (The bag could also be turned inside out.) But, as the performer pulls his hand back out of the bag, he produces the rope or silk he was looking for!

Later, after he's finished with the prop he drops it in the top of the bag and not so surprisingly, it falls right through onto the table. Despite the children's laughter, he tries again only to have it fall through again. He decides to give it one more shot, and this time the object doesn't fall straight through, but seems to have vanished inside the bag which may again be shown completely empty!
