Here at Magic Geek we know your time is important. That’s why we offer express shipping that leaves our warehouse the very next business day. That’s right, any time you place an order before our daily cut-off time, we will ship your order the following business day guaranteed!

Order Status:
There are two ways to check on the status of your order.

You will be emailed a invoice and shipment notification
with tracking information once your package leaves our shipping center.
This will notify you of your tracking and/or shipping information as well as include a copy of your sales receipt.

You can also find the status of the order you've
placed by logging onto your account online. If you don't know your
account number and password, please check your email account. Account
information was sent to the email address provided upon checkout with
the password and user name. If you have forgotten your password you
can have it emailed to your account at the sign-in page.
The sign in page will let you know that status of your
order, and if your order has been shipped you can get your UPS or UPS tracking
number. You may also Edit Your Profile, View Order Status and History,
and Manage your Address Book.
Magic Geek offers several USPS and UPS shipping options.
All rates are calculated by the package
weight and shipping zone. All shipping prices will be calculated upon
checkout.
US Shipping Methods:

- Guaranteed delivery by 10:30 am the
following business day from when order leaves our warehouse. For shipping times please see Cut-Off Guide above.

- Guaranteed delivery by 4:00pm the
following business day from when order leaves our warehouse. For shipping times please see Cut-Off Guide above.

- Guaranteed delivery by 3 p.m. the second
business day from when order leaves our warehouse. For shipping times please see Cut-Off Guide above.

- Guaranteed delivery by 3 p.m. the third
business day from when order leaves our warehouse. For shipping times please see Cut-Off Guide above.

UPS Ground - Guaranteed delivery within two to six
business days depending upon the origin and destination. For shipping times please see Cut-Off Guide above.
Our carriers regular business days are Monday - Friday.
UPS Transit Time Map:

We
are extremely excited to now offer our customers both USPS and UPS shipping to international destinations.
We now have several options which vary greatly in price as well as transit times. You can choose which option best suits your time frame and budget.
Standard International Shipping Options:
- UPS Express - Most shipments to major international destinations are delivered within 2-5 business days! Tracking available on all shipments. All-inclusive rates including customs clearance (local taxes not included).
- UPS Expedited - Most shipments to major international destinations are delivered within 4-6 business days! Tracking available on all shipments. All-inclusive rates including customs clearance (local taxes not included).
- USPS International Mail - Shipments arrive 1-3 weeks depending on customs clearance. A good choice between price and transit time. NO TRACKING.
When shipping internationally, we are required to fill out a customs declaration form detailing the package contents and value. Please be aware that many countries impose import duty on packages. These tariffs are the responsibility of the customer to pay. Please check with your local customs and excise agencies to understand the tariffs in your country.

UPS will not deliver to P.O. boxes. Please click, 'Check
All Other Rates' for USPS Priority Mail Shipping on the checkout shipping
page.
Missing orders can only be traced after 15 business days
from the ship date. Replacement orders or credit for damaged or missing
orders will not be issued until the US Postal Service has approved the
claim; the claims process could take as long as 4 - 6 weeks. The US Postal
Service imposes weight and size limitations on shipments to some locations.

Magic Geek is not responsible
for shipments which are delayed due to causes beyond the control of our
carriers, including, but not limited to the following: Acts of God, riots,
strikes or other labor disputes, air traffic control delays, disruptions
in air or ground transportation networks due to events such as weather
phenomena and natural disasters.
