With Tenyo's Oh No! you can cut off your finger and separate it from the rest of your hand.

The Effect:
The magician displays a small box containing a pair of scissors. He places his finger through the tube in the center of the box, and cuts it in half with the scissors. But hold on to your hats: the magician then lifts the tube to show that the finger is really cut in half! The magician may use a pencil or pen borrowed from the spectator instead of his finger.
