This Isn'T A Terrible Ball For Contact, But It'S Very Light - It'S Essentially A Standard Stage Ball With A Harder Shell. This Makes Some Body Rolls And Stalls Much Harder To Learn! If You'Re Looking For A Practice Ball, The Sil-X 100Mm Is Both Softer And Heavier, Which I Prefer. I'M Also Not Sure What Zxvasdf Is On About - I Have The Orange, And It'S Not Squishy At All. This Is A Great Practice Ball, But It Must Be Noted That There Are Differences Between The Two Colors. The White Babache Is Harder While The Orange Babache Is Squishy, Almost Like A Stage Ball. Quite Personally I Prefer The White, Though I Find It Useful To Practice With Different Levels Of Texture And Consistency. All In All, These Are Great Balls! A Perfect Ball From The Great People At Mister Babache, This Is An Excellent Practice And Peformance Piece That Won'T Break The Bank. I Have Three, And Use Them For Practicing And Basic Instruction. They'Re The Same Weight As My Acrylics, But Avout Twice The Size. I Highly Recommend This As A Ball For Beginners And Those Who Like A Lighter Ball.
