This is a very easy technique to bend a spoon. The best part is you are clean at the end. The spectator can view, touch, inspect the spoon at any point in the demonstration. (which is a rarity). Truly a good illusion.

This is the best spoon bending technique. That's it. The best. I use other techniques too, but this one sets up the audience to believe that I can bend metal with my mind. If you're going to bend a spoon, this is how to do it.
