This is a great high quality spinning plate. It is made from a heavy gauge aluminum which minimizes bending and prolongs spin time. This is a great plate to spin making both rim and center spinning easy. Smooth, rolled edges. As can be seen from the image above, these plates have an amazing finish. Handsticks are made from hardwood dowels. Each set includes one plate & one handstick.
